Every platform gets paid for, used properly, and written up honestly.
A review is only worth reading if you know what stands behind it. This page will hold the full testing process. It is being written alongside the first reviews rather than invented in advance.
What is true today
Every platform we review is used first-hand. We create an account, build a companion, spend real time in the conversation, and where a paywall gates the interesting part, we pay to get past it.
We write about what actually happened, including the parts that were disappointing, awkward, or overpriced. A review that only praises is an advertisement.
We do not accept payment for a review, for a score, or for a place in a comparison.
What is still being decided
The specifics — how long we test before scoring, what each point on the five-point scale means, and how often a review gets revisited — are being settled as the first reviews go out. We would rather publish that process once it reflects what we genuinely do than post a checklist we have not earned yet.
Until it is here, the individual reviews say what was tested and for how long.
